Dr Barri Phatarfod graduated from Monash University, Victoria in 1988 and has been in general practice for 25 years. Dr Phatarfod takes an integrative approach to healthcare, and has studied Ayurveda in both the USA and India. She has worked within her own solo general practice in Bondi for many years. She is part of the Antenatal Shared Care program at the Royal Hospital for Women and also has a special interest in aged care.

Dr Michelle Chan completed her medical degree at the University of Sydney and medical training in NSW obtaining the fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2021. She has extensive training in women’s health including but not limited to pregnancy (including medical management of undesired pregnancy) and menopause and addiction medicine. She is skilled in workers compensation cases and also has a special interest in dermatology, smoking cessation, and cannabis as an alternative treatment where indicated. Originally from Canada she has called Australia home since 2006.

Dr Zehra graduated in 2009 and has been working as a General Practitioner since 2016. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Saman has a special interest in Women's Health and Pediatrics. Dr Zehra is proficient in all aspects of general medicine, workers compensation and family medicine.

Jeremy is a positive psychology practitioner who has spent the past 10 years in diverse clinical and coaching environments including rehabilitation, government, corporate and health sectors. He has extensive experience assisting people in transitional spaces (career, relationships, health and other life changes), executive performance, life and wellbeing goals. Jeremy loves working with people from a diversity of backgrounds, with a multitude of interests and goals, as each new person gives him the opportunity to see the world in a new way. He particularly enjoys working with clients who are open-minded and motivated to change. Jeremy uses a trauma-informed lens and several different styles of therapy; he practises psychological flexibility by leaning into all of them throughout his engagement with clients. He uses his real-world experience alongside the scientific practitioner model, which combines psychological and coaching theories, to get the best outcomes for his clients. In his practice, Jeremy utilises simple strategies around goal structure, flexibility of thought, reframing and perspective-taking to support and sharpen one’s desires. He uses positive psychology to put his client in the driver seat, focusing on giving them the tools to challenge their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours to make informed and insightful changes. As a result, they begin looking at the world and interacting with others in a different way. Jeremy believes that although life is a struggle, there are always moments that we can choose to use to our betterment. In his sessions, Jeremy tries to touch upon the difficult questions in life with positivity, humour and insight. Above all, he is passionate about seeing individuals achieve their visions. When he isn’t working, Jeremy enjoys playing and watching soccer, travelling as wide and often as possible, or simply sitting in a sunny spot, drinking a strong coffee and contemplating about the wonders of life.

Renee is an accredited member of the Australian Naturopathic Practitioners Association (ANPA) and works as a Clinical Naturopath and Nutritionist in well-established and international holistic clinics based in Australia and Thailand. Renee is passionate about helping others achieve their health goals, with a complete understanding that disease manifestation is multi-factorial through mind, body and spirit imbalances. Renee believes that investigating biochemical pathways, mental health and nourishing imbalances with real achievable step-by-step support will improve overall health and wellness for lasting results. Integrating traditional wellness and scientific research is key to supporting the body’s own healing mechanisms and nourishing weakened systems. Renee is continuously fascinated by new industry research and development and completes regular health lectures at International Health Resorts.
